Welcome to the home of the Pride of Southaven Band Boosters! Our mission is to promote and support the students of the Southaven High School Band and the Southaven Middle School Band Programs so that they may continue to perform and compete at the highest level. Our organization is made up of family, friends, and community members who provide financial, logistical, and moral support to the Pride of Southaven Band. Boosters have many roles, some of which include chaperoning trips, building props, financial support, coordinating fundraisers and activities, and more!

After two weeks of enduring a rough band camp in which temperatures reached into the 90s, the students of the Pride of Southaven Band treated their families and friends to a special sneak peak of the first movement of this year's show.
Under the direction of Mr. Kellen Christian, the middle school students start learning to play in the sixth grade. As they advance through seventh and eighth grades, they learn to march as they play, getting them ready for the work they will be doing in high school, and hopefully in college.
Speaking of Band Camp, these students came to school during some of the hottest days in July. Due to the extreme temperatures, for the last week and a half of it this year, they came in at 5:30 am so they could go home before it got to be the hottest part of the day. On the last day, the Southaven Fire Department came and treated them to a nice cool shower!
